My journey into cooking South Indian Samayal

So, I recently moved to Bangkok.

I am a pure South Indian Veggie. And, when I moved to Bangkok, I had like no choice but to cook on my own. I mean the South Indian food that I find here are terrible.

Nothing tastes the same like amma’s sambar! So, that’s why I had to learn to cook.
